Half house: 1-6 guests: can rent half house that includes 3 main bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living, dining, outdoor, pool.
The other half of the house will remain empty and locked.
It will not be shared or rented to anyone. Basically, you get the full house to yourself without access to 3 remaining bedrooms and 1 bathroom.
This option is available for 6 guests max (no exceptions) at 400USD/day except high seasons (see description)
We request 20% deposit to book, and remaining 80% 2 weeks prior to your arrival.
