Terms and Conditions for ReserveKosher Vacation Rental Advertisers and Renters

Notice to All Renters and Advertisers

You are responsible for investigating any and all claims made by prospective renters and vacation property owners. You assume all liability for the use of any information you find on the ReserveKosher site. The operators of ReserveKosher assume no responsibility and do not warrant the accuracy of the information or level of kashrus contained in any listing presented here. Not all ReserveKosher listings are created directly by property owners; some ReserveKosher advertisers act as agents or managers on their behalf.

Each property sets its own refund and cancellation policies. ReserveKosher is not responsible for issuing refunds of rental fees for any reason.

None of the information contained on any ReserveKosher web page is confirmed or warranted by any party. Confirmation of information published herein is the sole responsibility of the renting party. Qualification of all renters is the sole responsibility of the property owner or agent.

Liability Disclaimer

If ReserveKosher is unable to provide the promised level of service for any reason, including but not limited to service outages, war, acts of God, or negligence, neither ReserveKosher nor its owners can be held liable for any costs beyond the pre-arranged fees paid by the client for services not provided. ReserveKosher does not guarantee 100% website availability.

Membership Cancellation Policy

ReserveKosher listings run on an annual basis. When you sign up and add your listing, you enter into a 12-month contract, and no refunds are issued on listings.

Property Off the Market

If you wish to remove your rental property from the market, we can temporarily deactivate your ReserveKosher listing and reactivate it at a future date during your paid term. Your listing remains in force through the original term, and the renewal date does not change (the term is not extended while the property is off the market).

Property Sold

If you sell your property, you may transfer your ReserveKosher listing to the new owner for a one-time $10 transfer fee (normally paid by the buyer). No refunds will be given; existing and new members are encouraged to agree on a fair division of fees.

One Property in One Location

Each ReserveKosher listing may advertise only one property in one location. Listings may not be substituted or reused for another property.

Spamming Policy

ReserveKosher does not participate in or tolerate unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). We reserve the right to cancel (without refund) any member who mentions ReserveKosher or any associated URL or email address in SPAM email messages or Usenet postings. ReserveKosher is the sole judge of what constitutes SPAM.

Rental Inquiries

To reduce SPAM via the Rental Information and Availability Request form, inquiries may be monitored and filtered by ReserveKosher staff. Despite these efforts, some SPAM may get through, and some legitimate inquiries may be blocked.

Rental inquiries are delivered via email and should not be considered private. Internet email delivery is not guaranteed, and ReserveKosher cannot be held responsible for undelivered inquiries or missed income. At our discretion, we may supply potential renters with the direct email address and/or phone number of advertisers.

Membership Policies

ReserveKosher reserves the right to reject or edit any ad at our sole discretion. Once submitted, edited, and posted on our website, all material becomes the property of ReserveKosher and its affiliates and may not be copied without written permission.
