We don't recommend waiting - it's better to continue searching for other vacation rentals on the site.
We encourage property owners to respond quickly, but sometimes messages are missed or end up in spam folders.
We suggest you:
Send a follow-up message or reminder
Check if there is a phone number or WhatsApp contact and try reaching out directly
If you still don't get a response - write to us, and we'll try to contact the property owner on your behalf.

If you encounter any problems, concerns, or complaints regarding a property - for example, if the property doesn't look like the pictures or there are other issues - please let us know as soon as possible.

To list your vacation rental, simply click the “List My Property” button and follow these steps:
1. Sign up or log in to your account.
2. Fill out the property listing form with all the details: location, high-quality photos, description, and price.
3. Choose the subscription plan that best fits your needs. Enter your credit card details through the secure payment process. Submit your listing for review and approval by our team. Once approved, your property will go live on the site and be visible to vacation seekers.
Pro Tip: The better your photos - clear, bright, and high quality – the more attention your property will get.
Good photos create a professional impression, highlight your property's strengths, and significantly increase booking potential!

In most cases, your listing will go live within just a few minutes after completing the process.
However, we guarantee that every listing will be reviewed and published within 12 hours at most, once all details and payment are received.
If more than 12 hours have passed and your listing is still not visible, feel free to contact us and we’ll check it for you.

To edit your property details:
Log in to your account on the website.
Go to the My Listings section.
Click the "Edit" button next to the listing you want to update.
Make any necessary changes – dates, photos, description, pricing, and more.
Save your changes – they will be updated immediately on the site.
You can edit your listing at any time, with no limits
