The backyard boasts a covered patio that also works as a sukkah, a level-up jacuzzi with a waterfall effect into the pool, a putting green, and a firepit. This home is perfect for families, groups, or individuals looking for a serene getaway.

The backyard features a separate entrance to a fully equipped fourth bedroom that doubles as a mini beis medrash, complete with many seforim and a full-size Murphy bed. Please note that this room does not have a connected bathroom. The home comfortably sleeps up to 12 guests, with thoughtfully arranged sleeping accommodations:

• The master bedroom includes two full-sized beds.

• The second bedroom features two full-sized beds.

• The third bedroom has two sets of bunk beds, perfect for children or additional guests.

• The fourth bedroom, located in the backyard, includes a full-sized Murphy bed and serves as a mini beis medrash.

Home Rules

• Quiet hours: 9 pm–9 am.

• No pets allowed.

• No smoking permitted inside the home.

• Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150.

• This rental property is not used for nuisance parties or unlawful gatherings. Maximum occupancy: 12 guests.

We provide a starter supply of household items (e.g., laundry soap, dish soap, paper towels, toilet paper) so you don’t have to rush to the store upon check-in. Note: We do not supply paper or plastic goods, cutlery, salt, pepper, oils, or spices.

We do our best to ensure a 5-star experience. If an amenity breaks or does not work during your stay, we will make every effort to remedy the situation. In cases where a resolution is not possible, we can refund up to 10% of the affected nights. Please notify us immediately so we can assist.
